Living with Sue after she stopped him from leaving New York to go off and explore America, after she confessed that she loves him, Australian Crocodile Hunter Michael J. 'Crocodile' Dundee still trying to adapt to life in New York City and getting use to a different culture is about to use his hunting and survival skills yet again, when Sue is kidnapped by crime boss Rico and his associates, when Sue's Ex husband photographer Bob Tanner witnesses a brutal crime and takes snapshots of the crime and sends them to Sue. Mick rescues Sue from Rico and his associates. Mick decides to take Sue back home with him to Australia, as his best bet of protecting Sue. But when Rico and his associates arrive after tracking Sue and Mick down, Mick takes them on by doing what he does best. This movie is ... Even has a bit of humor as Paul Hogan goes Red-Neck Fishing in New York City-By Using a Hard Hat as his Fishing Outfit; And a Stick of Dynamite as his Fishing Pole!!! The Beautiful Damsel gets Kidnapped by Drug Lords and Our Hero Valiantly Fights for His Lovely Girl. Must dee film, lots of beautiful scenes both in New York and Astralia. Rate this one "Two Thumbs UP" 5 STARS *****Crocodile Dundee II....Great Film with Plenty of Excitement and thrills for everyone. As good, or perhaps even better, than the 1st
It's a movie without the typical Hollywood weird idea of what a hero should be like. In Crocodile Dundee movies, the hero is an amiable fellow and except for some attitudes and unusual talents peculiar to his posed upbringing with the Aborigines in Australia, Mick Dundee is more like a regular "guy next door." Well, that's arguable, I'm sure, but what I'm saying is that it's a refreshing change from the bad-ass, I-can-be-just-as-vicious-as-the-bad-guys, humorless "criminal-hero" that Hollywood periodically feeds us. I enjoyed both the first two movies, but admirable character aside, didn't think much of #3 "Crocodile Dundee in L.A." Better than the first one!
This Crocodile Dundee movie starts in New York and involves a drug lord who's trying to get some pictures that Dundee's girlfriend got from her ex. He first rescues her from the drug lord's mansion in New York, then takes her to the Austrailian outback where he can protect her better. The crazy, dry Austrailian humor in this one makes it better than the oricinal Crocodile Dundee.
