A continuation of the popular anime series DRAGON BALL and DRAGON BALL Z, DRAGON BALL GT opens as the evil Emperor Pilaf hatches a new scheme to eliminate the heroic Saiyan warrior Goku. When Pilaf can't get what he wants, he is granted a wish that turns Goku into a pintsized child. Now the diminutive Goku must travel the universe with his granddaughter Pan, and Trunks, the son of one of his former rivals, to search for the magical Black Star Dragon Balls that will both restore him to his normal size and save the world from destruction.     watch only if you enjoyed db and dbz and want to have a few laughs

    This series is best watched by a person who watched dragonball and dragonballz and ever better if in japanese. The series to an american dragonball z fan who wants to watch dbz for punches and energy beams are going to be dissapointed. It is funnier to watch in japanese there are more jokes. In GT if you likes dragonball z you may not like that Spoilers: Vegeta cut his hair and at one point had a beard. Gohan can go super saiyan again(the kai's blessing must of worn off) Goku re-becomes the main focus character and noone else is is strong enough to compare to him so they aren't significant. The ending is okay but the english version is kind of annoying to me especially the intro

    Great show

    I love Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball z...however I was skeptical about Dragon Ball GT because it took place in the future and most of the main characters played a very small roll. However once I started watching I loved it! The beginning is kind of slow, but once they gather the dragon balls and return to earth that's when thing start heating up!!! Just give it a chance and you will see it's the same Dragon Ball that we all fell in love with.
