    Great Seller

    Hinds Feet on High Places by Diane Layton, Hannah Hurnard is a wonderful allegory about the walk of a Christian from a fearful existence to freedom. It is especially great as a read aloud to children up to High School age. The main character, Much-Afraid, lives with her Fearing relatives in the Valley of Humiliation. She works for the Chief Shepherd. She goes through many life experiences in which she learns to increasingly trust the Chief Shepherd. As she walks in trust and obedience to the good shepherd (the Lord) her life is transformed. The fear is replaced by confidence and joy. A lesson of what we can all experience when we daily walk with the Lord, His Word and the Holy Spirit's wisdom to become a new creation in Christ; from a life of fear to the abundant life in Christ.

    A beautiful word picture about how life can best be lived.

    We had this book sent to our granddaughter because it contains some excellent information and transitioning into adulthood. It is an older book but well written and contains important principles for life. We need to get another two or three because this book is disappearing.

    Passing On Our Heritage

    When I was a new Christian, our Sunday School teacher assigned us to read this book (Adult version) I really enjoyed it and it helped me to understand some of God's Ways more as I read the Bible and went through some personal growing experiences....Now I am looking forward to reading this book (with pictures) with my Grandchildren. I especially love the devotionals following each chapter.
