Installing with TPM Sensors
Per the website FAQs, I knew I could not install these beads thru my valve stems due to my 2014 Concours having tire pressure monitoring sensors. It was still pretty easy. You need to be careful adding the CounterAct beads, so they don't get trapped between the tire bead and the rim. When mounting the new tire, I carefully aired it up until just one side of the tire bead "popped" into place. Then I removed the air, and broke the tire bead on the other side until there was enough space to insert the CounterAct bottle's tube between the tire and rim. Next I just squirted the 2 ounces of beads into the tire, and aired up the tire again to fully set the tire bead onto the rim. Since then I've put a few hundred miles on the new tire with a couple of blasts up near triple digits with no ... Never Balance Your Wheels Again!
I don't know if it's because the beads are bigger or if it's something else but they are easier to install than another competitor. Don't get me wrong if you pour too fast, of course, it's going to get stuck especially if you are installing it into inner tubes. I've been using balancing beads in all of my motorcycles for years. I get better wear which means my tires last longer.
