Cylinder seals where blown, the cylinder did not work. However I bought it used and the seller accepted my offer which wasn't asking price. So I can't be mad. Was able to keep the housing and reservoir but had to buy a rebuild kit. Neutral review. Very fast shipping which is why I'm making it a positive one
