Seller shipped my item with actual garbage (loosely packed shredded newspaper and plastic egg cartons) as "packaging", item arrived broken, and the seller was SHOCKED that my item arrived literally broken in half. Seller then had the audacity to leave me feedback saying I WAS THE ONE who was difficult. I gave the seller several options for resolution, none of which were accepted. Seller is 77 years old and doesn't know how to file an online insurance claim with PO. Not happy with "resolution".
