I love the product. There were a few hiccups, but thanks to Brad (coloradostandby) and the technicians from Schneider Electric (Richard) we got it up and running. The problem we had was nothing to do with the product itself, but in its installation. I have not had the inverter for long so do not want to make a sweeping recommendation yet, but there is excellent technical support and it is running super well at present. What I like the most is that the cooling fans are thermostatically controlled and run only when required; this saves the batteries.I love the product.
