Was offered a full refund but I would have to waste time and gas money driving 10min to the nearest post office. I offered to keep with a discount. Seller refused to communicate anything other than me returning it. I needed it badly for my wife's car so I took the situation as a loss. Very hard lesson learned. Buyers beware.
