Seller sent two “new” ballasts but one is a dud. I contacted him about the dud but he replied (after several days and two emails) he doesn’t accept returns and won’t send a replacement “new” working ballast I paid for. He shouldn’t sell defective parts if he wants to have positive reviews. Don’t buy from this cheater! He doesn’t communicate promptly and he doesn’t stand by his product.
