A simple holster for most pistols with rails and TLR-1 lights..

It works if adjusted correctly. I would suggest for range use only. Will not work with Streamlight TLR-2 IRW light. Works great with the Streamlight TLR-1 HL light. It will also work with RMR scopes attached. I would recommend the holster not be used for quick draw because if you don't get the draw right you could damage your pistol! Enclosed is a warning form the manufacture. "A warning of possible damage to pistol and injury to user".

    Every Day Carry

I love the concept of this holster. A holster that is capable of carrying a variety of different pistols with a light and is Serpa secured. It is a very large holster. That is the one downfall of this holster. I would say if you were the type person to buy and trade pistols all the time this is the holster for you. If you have the same pistol just buy the holster fit for it.

  • Nice but a little large

This is a nice setup. It works on a variety of guns as it locks on the light and not the gun. The lock up is positive and secure. There is a friction screw to set the tension of your gun in the holster and you have a few options on cant mounting. Mind you it is a bit large and is definitely an OWB holster. I’d say it is more of a duty type use than concealed carry. Or for hunting use if you just have to have an extra weapon with a light. It comes with instructions, a belt setup and a paddle setup. Also has belt size adjustment tabs for the non-duty size belts. I bought this for my VP9 with the TLR-1 HL and it works great for this. It also comes with two more thumb tab extensions to fit a variety of hand and gun sizes. I did put on the longer tab on the thumb lock. I could have used it ...

  • Good holster, but check for specific light, they are different.

It really is an omnivore, but...only with the TLR1 and maybe the TLR2. I have mounted TLR1 on a Glock 21, 23, and a 30, with the inserts, they all fit well. Retention is good, not that I would not train for weapon retention, but I held it upside down and none of the guns fell out. These are specific to the kind of light though. The X300 will not hold TLR1 and vice versa. Also the M3 tac light WILL NOT fit the TLR light. It is not really a CCW holster without a jacket of some sort. All in all I would recommend this if you have a weapon mounted light and wanted to carry it, such as for hunting or open carry.

  • Works

I have on for my CZ-P09 with a TLR-1 HL Streamlight and it fits well. Make sure to read instructions, a customer of mine had issues (I am a gunsmith) and it was because they didnt turn the screw on the flashlight to be horizontal and ended up chipping away at the internal retainer. But it says to do it in the instructions, so read and you will be good to go. The holster draw is a bit different, requiring you to push down, then press the button and finally draw. This is good for preventing someone else trying to just pull the gun out, but it takes practice to get used to and is slower than a speed holster. But no matter your choice, you should practice with what you carry so pick and chose based on your requirements.
