TITILLATING
I have read the series, borrowed the book from my daughter and love nick Bantock art and the way he used postcards and letters that you have to remove from the envelope, I guess I find that very titillating, actually snooping into someone else's life. I wanted the series fir my book shelf.

I was first introduced to the Griffin & Sabine trilogy by a friend. Once I started reading, I couldn't put it down! The first thing that catches your attention is that the story isn't told in the usual chapter/paragraph layout. It's presented through the letters and postcards of Griffin and Sabine. The story dramatically transcends time and distance while taking the reader on an emotional journey. The artwork is mesmerizing, and the story is engaging. The reader is positioned as a silent link between the characters, just as the letters and postcards are links themselves. This is a wonderful set of books. Turn a page & there is an envelope with a letter. These are the most unique books I have ever read. The story is one that keeps you wanting more. I think everyone should experience this truly amazing set of books.
