The item, a "print", is defined as an image that is reproduced in mass or limited edition on paper or fabric. That is what was shipped in a frame with glass cover. Many prints have sold for thousands of dollars through the years. I'm truly sorry you weren't happy. Perhaps you expected a photograph or a painting?
