Item knowing in advance that is heavy; it was poorly packed without enough cushion wrap. Package arrived open, wet ( including the motor inside) and one of the supporting legs of the motor detached from the body. Seller was responsive and offer me to ship unit back, but shipping costs are too high for me to keep wasting money and time in the usps office.
