Sent Seller pictures, and just asked for shipping refund. Absolutely awful seller. Wish I would have read the negative reviews before buying. The listing showed a mint condition doll, brand new in the package. What I received was nowhere near that. When I reached out to the seller they tried to get me to ship my return to a very sketchy sounding name and address (their “niece” as a “gift.”) stay away. This account should be shut down.
