Due to a genuine mistake by the seller, when the laptop arrived it had no touchscreen, as advertised. I informed them and they replied most apologetically within minutes. They arranged the collection of the item and sent me a different laptop they had listed of my choice both for the next morning. They gave me an added discount off the price of the replaced item.

The laptop I ordered couldn't be located & so I was offered a similar one with a storage upgrade. It arrived quickly & well packaged. Unfortunately, the one I received only had 256gb & was older than the one I purchased. The seller offered me 3 options including a return for a full refund. I accepted a partial refund to keep the laptop to save any hassle. The sellers after sales service is great, but they should work on sending the correct item initially looking at their feedback comments.

Excellent communication & top notch customer service: laptop initially arrived in new & described condition but stopped working 48 hours after a suspected memory failure. Return was immediately accepted and promptly collected and then arrived back 4 days later after memory replaced and other fixes performed and all appears to be in clear and full working order now: would definitely buy from this seller again
