The chassis seems to handle heat dissipation well, with fans rarely kicking in normal usage. The only real weak points are the screen's low color gamut/brightness and 5 prominent areas of backlight bleed at the edges that are extremely offputting. The right side is pretty barren with only one USB-A and microSD. I would've liked full-size SD + 2xUSB-A. Also, Win11 is trash!

Almost a month use, I noticed that recharge was slow, until it did not completely recharge, reaching 70 to 76%. I’m now having a hard time with custumer service to send back the device. They quickly accepted the return but did not send the return label, as stated in the return status, wich I sent as attachment to my explanation that I arlready clicked return. I’m worried my return won’t be on time.

They shipped it in a large box and two small bubble packs on the bottom. Glad it came and it's a good value I love the tablet. Only reason for positive review. Please packages better.
