Heavy marklin tinplate
This set is a basic entry to marklins 1-gauge products. Included is an oval of track, a bridge, signal, 0-4-0 loco and 2 freight cars. Unlike most MAXI locomotives, this one has fully synchronized chuff. (Mounted inside the roof.) working smoke and lights, too. And as with all maxi products, a marklin delta dc decoder that runs on conventional a/c, delta, or marklin digital. Inside the container car is another sound system that makes the sound of breaking glass if you start or stop too fast. The freight cars are heavily built and include metal wheels. The maxi products are fully compatible with marklin 1-gauge scale trains. Marklin uses quality motors and quiet delrin gears and the large size makes a great Christmas train.
