    Great combo of function and value!

    Avon makes several excellent motorcycle grips, but for me, these may be the best because they are so inexpensive. They are not flashy or fancy, but you can actually hold on to them easily and comfortably. The rubber has a leather-like texture that provides very good tackiness all the way around, and it is firm without being hard. That combination results in easy comfort through longer rides. The chrome accents are enough "flash" for me and the look is far better than stock grips. The only concern for some might be the thickness. These grips are full 1.5 inch diameter and may be too big for some smaller hands. If function is more important than fancy, these grips, at less than $30 will blow away stock grips.

    So far so good!

    I haven't had a chance to ride with these new grips. I really like the grips so far though. I placed them on a 1999 Harley Davidson XL 1200 Custom. They were easy to install, look good, and have a good feel so far. I'm guessing that the ride will be comfortable as well but I'm not sure yet. If I remember, I'll update my review. I'll most likely forget though.

    Clean Hands After A Ride

    I have Avon Grips on my Harley Davidson and Love them. So when my Daughter ask about what to do about her grips turning her hands and Gloves black I ordered her Avon Grips. She Now can Ride with clean Hands and Gloves
