I am a Shinko kind of guy

I ride an FLH Harley and a Honda enduro rider as well. I have Shinko mounted of them. Latest tire I had bought for my 89 NX250. One of the best tires I bought for this 250cc bike. Shinko is a tire I come to depend on and I have good performance from on all my bikes. I recommend Shinko tires to any bike rider. The quality and price are for me the best. I am not the type to think if I pay allot for a tire it must be best.

  • Great tire for a great price

Excellent low priced tire. They do not wear as long as the Big brand named tire do but easily wear half as long for less than half the money, and the handling is as good as any of the higher priced makes I have used. I use Shinko 712's or Tourmaster 230's on all 4 of my bikes.

  • Great tire

This Isn’t my first shinko tire I bought the matching set front and rear. I got almost 5000 miles out of the rear and the front looks like it has about half tread left. These tires are a lot stickier than the Dunlop 402. (Stock Harley tire). I got the same mileage out of the shinko as I did out of the dunlop. I am also running it on a Harley softail with full size hard bags. You just have to watch the air pressure in the tire. I would recommend this tire to anyone that doesn’t want to spend the money for the American elite 3 tires. For the money they are the best and stickiest tire out there. The only tire I would use besides this tire is the American elite 3 but that’s a 200$ tire each front and rear.

  • Wht pay more for similar quality?

I have been riding and wrenching my motorcycles for 48 years. Until the last five years, I always bought and mounted myself Dunlop or Michelin motorcycle tires. I just do not see the need to pay so much more for those tires. If there is a performance difference, it is undetectable by me, since I am not a professional racing rider, but a very experienced competent rider. I am old enough to remember when Samsung was a little known electronics company, selling less expensive products, and the public considered its products inferior compared to Sony. Well, the Public found out which company made superior products, regardless of price. Shinko tires are well worth purchasing.

  • Shinzo 130/90-16 Tire

Tire performs well in dry or wet weather. Got caught in a rain storm and had to travel 80 miles...tire ha excellent grip during rain. I would recommend this tire for single riding. I use it on a custom hardtail.
