    Cloth Dolls Identification & Price Guide, 1920s & 1930s

    A great book to buy. I found this paperback highly informative, covering a wide range of dolls made in the 20's to 30's. The highly detailed information given about each doll was very specific and useful. Combined with a price guide for serious collectors. The language was easy to follow and as with all of the books written by Pam and Polly Judd this particular work being beautifully laid out with both colour and black and white photos on every page. Priced at a very reasonable cost this is a book that every doll collector should have on their shelf.

    Great Resource for Vintage Cloth Dolls

    This is a great reference book for vintage cloth dolls from the 1920s and 1930s. Mostly black and white photos but there are some color sections. At the back is a handy guide to help you identify dolls. ( like stitching , eyes, ears, and Look-Alikes.) Printed 1990. Includes history of companies.

If you’re new to collecting any cloth dolls, this is the bible of who made what dolls, what are copycat Lenci dolls and how the cloth doll developed. Most of the photos are in B/W but it will really help you from getting cheated by people who call everything made of cloth a Lenci.
