Item arrived poorly packaged and was broken. Contacted seller immediately, with photos documenting the damage. Seller only offered partial refund, after much back and forth, because I couldn’t “prove” it happened during shipping. Didn’t even refund the full amount of the item. It was “the best” she could do. Was told I would have to deal with the post office to get a refund for the shipping from them. I’m sorry, that is not how this works for your customer!
Contacted EBay and got my full refund
