Item badly cracked one foot not useable so item not level/wonky/tilted. No pictures or description of damage on listing. Seller aware I could not return due to age/health. Said I would keep & get repaired. Messages from seller- should easily glue together - open return and I will refund you. The £4.80 offered was declined as EBAY said I should ask for more. No response . Delivery time and packing excellent

Quite a different explanation to what actually happened. Customer was immediately offered a refund but without discussing with me, decided to get a cracked foot glued for £27?? then tried to get a partial refund from me. I explained I had offered a full refund or would offer 5% refund as the item was described correctly. The description clearly stated the pictures were of 2 graded products in similar condition and not the actual item. I have sold many the same with no complaints, see feedback.

All I would add is PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICTURES. A simple apology saying “ sorry but this seems to have slipped through the net” would have sufficed. Instead you said you had no knowledge of damage. Then you said it had been allowed for when you categorised. Incidentally your knowledge of fixing with glue fell far short of what was actually needed
