Fantastic seller to deal with. Kept me informed and were super helpful and friendly. Provided tracking information so I could see where my order was and when to expect delivery. Considering that it had to come from the States, it arrived here in the UK very quickly. Very well packaged and exactly as described, I’m delighted with my dvd. Thank you so very much for your 5* service 😊

  • Funeral Home - This film is D.O.A.

I was hoping this was going to be an unheralded gem, instead, it turned out to be a dud. Nothing happens until the 30 minute mark, and nothing much transpires after that. Kay Hawtrey deserves some credit for chewing the scenery during the finale, but other than her final moments, there is no reason to watch this film. There have been some excellent Canadian horror films in the early 80's; this is not one of them.

  • Average rating for Funeral Home

I decided to buy Funeral Home because I love old 80's horror movies. Those are the best type of movies around. When I received the dvd it was in good condition and sealed brand new. But the only thing I disliked about it was when I started to watch the movie, the quality of the movie wasn't very good. It looked like it would as if I was watching it off of a VHS tape. I had never seen the movie before so I really didn't know if it was going to be a good movie or not. It turns out to be boring. The quality I think could have been a little sharper so that it looked like a remastered film. Over all I would give the product a rating of five between one and ten.

  • GREAT MOVIE! POOR QUALITY DVD!

I loved this movie and was excited about it's release on DVD, but the excitement ended after the DVD started playing. The quality is so bad on this DVD, You can clearly see it was a rip from an old VHS, but a bad VHS copy too. You can see white bars scrolling up the screen. Haziness and bluriness at times when fast motion scenes occur. No Extras, no Widescreen. No nothing. I know there are VHS copies with better picture than this too, because I rented this on VHS long ago. I remember being happy watching it without this kind of picture distortment. My advice is to either get the VHS copy, or wait for a better DVD release. There are a few different DVD releases of these, but they are all the same looking. I did researching and found that out after I bought two different DVD companies ...

Story: A 16-year-old is troubled by the disappearance of several guests at her grandmother's tourist home which used to be a funeral parlor. Now the girl hears muffled voices in the cellar, the heavy bolted door suddenly begins to creak open.... Comments: You expect that the simpleminded person in this movie has committed the murders, but you don't expect the grandmother to be schizophrenic, nor that she's sorta like Normal Bates for that matter. I fell 3 times asleep during this movie. Good to rent perhaps or to watch it on TV, but wouldn't advice people to buy this movie unfortunately.

  • CREEPY!

I LOVE OLDER MOVIES, AND THIS IS A GREAT STORY. NOT REALLY SCARY BUT CREEPY! IT REALLY DOESN'T START GETTING GOOD TILL THE END, BUT IS WORTH THE WAIT. DO NOT EXPECT TO BE SCARIED STUPID OR SEE A LOT OF GORE. THIS MOVIE ACTUALLY HAS A GOOD STORY LINE TO IT, AND CREEPS ME OUT. GREAT ADDITION TO MY HORROR COLLECTION! BUY IT IF YOU LOVE OLDER HARD TO FIND DVD'S! DID THIS HELP?
