Arrived early, exactly as described. Turned on immediately and works perfect. Extremely pleased with this purchase. The dock was still in plastic so brand new on that part. The radio looked new though was sold as used. Highly recommend this seller.

Product is exactly as described. I did have an issue with the radio not connected with the satellite. This wasn't related to the seller. I called SXM a couple of times and couldn't get it to work. I notified the seller and he provided excellent communication and willingness to resolve issue. However, I did finally get it to connect and it's working well. It was just an issue with the location of the antenna. Highly recommended seller.
