Seller sent a defective/damaged sweater in original package. Seller agreed to refund but would not provide a return label. I paid for return shipping which was about the same as the cost of the item and seller was to reimburse me for everything. To date, seller has stopped communication, and has not reimbursed me. Ebay stepped in and partially reimbursed me but I am still waiting for a $14.90 shipping reimbursement from Ebay which was supposed to be paid by January 12.

Buyer purchased the sweater which was in the original packaging knowing that it was faded. My description states that. But I agreed to give her a full refund once I got the sweater back. However, I never received the sweater. the Post Office mis-delivered it. The buyer became impatient after 5 days and contacted EBAY Resolution. Ebay stepped in and paid the buyer stating I was not at fault. I have blocked the buyer and I would suggest EBAY sellers to block her as well. Happy New Year
