My purchase was damaged during shipment despite the sellers best efforts to pack it extremely well and label all sides of the box with FRAGILE. He took action to rectify the situation and promptly filed a claim with the shipping company. He did not hesitate to reimburse me for the replacement pieces that I had sourced from different vendors.
