BUYER BEWARE! Seller charged $20 shipping then shipped USPS Ground Advantage using a Flat-Rate Priority Mail box (not allowed per USPS). Item was not as described and damaged during shipping so a return was initiated. Instead of accepting and processing the return as they should, the seller REFUSED the return package and it was sent back to me. USPS now wants $37.20 in extra postage because seller tried to cheat the system and use inadequate postage. eBay had to intervene to resolve this issue.
