Good Spenco insole
These are good but the forefoot section is a little difficult to push into a shoe. I like the Spenco Crosstrainers better and the Spenco Total Support Max are the best.

Best solution for my sore foot, so far.
After trying two other types of insoles, these alleviated my foot pain caused by a nerve and old age. I like these better than the SpencoRX recommended by my foot doctor. I wish they would combine the high arch support of the RX with the gel padding of these Gel.
