Item was a completely different colour, was not an English plug and didn't work (Pictures provided) ... But the seller actually took full responsibility (makes a change on eBay nowadays!) And responded to my messages straight away and provided a full refund without any hassle. Seller has also stated he has taken unlisted the item to further investigate so that this doesn't happen in future. Because of the effort to resolve the issue and the responsibility of the seller, I leave positive feedback
