As anyone can see in the reviews, RossClark stands behind every sale. The photos depicting the item were clear. The buyer received exactly what was offered. I offered to refund this sale because of the buyer’s distress, but the buyer advised he/she would accept the sale as is. Later the buyer tried to get money….. but did not want to return the item.
