  • Awesome music, awful packaging

    This was a great value for the money on ebay ($80 or so for 10 discs). Individually they usually run anywhere from $10 to over $20 for the older more rare albumns. I love, love, love Hotel Costes lounge music, and love having the complete set. That being said, I absolutely hated the packaging of this collector's box. Whoever came up with the design idea really didn't think it through. The box was cheaply made, and constantly shed red dust on everything, including the CD's. It was really a chore to clean the discs off the dust. It is also not easy to pull the little "drawers", and the discs got stuck inside. So I got rid of the box and put the CD's into my own case. The review for the music itself is "excellent". The review for the set design is "poor" - don't buy it unless it saves you ...
