My Lorex system has a Chinese power adapter that is 53v/1.8a, not 48v/2a Lorex adapter. Seller says, " It will work. It's just the newer version of the Lorex 48v adapter!" Besides having to spend another $30 for the correct power adapter, everything arrived in working condition as described. Shipping was very fast and packed well. Subpar customer service.

That adapter comes with the newest Lorex NVR systems, we have been selling camera systems for over 5 years, we know what we are talking about. FYI the correct adapter you bought is gong to be made in china as well.
