    This thing is a beast

    Very solid unit, clean and powerful sound. Have it hooked up to turntable via phono stage, computer via optical, minidisc and CD players and all sound great. Integrated with MusicCast to other devices in my house for whole-home capability. Works well with a subwoofer as well. Lots of inputs - only minor quibble is it only has analog output but not a digital one.

    One of the best modern stereo receivers made, worth every penny of the price. Uses the same amplifier section as the A-S801 integrated amp. Super clean sound, full featured, low distortion, and excellent quality.

    Easy to set up and use and seems to be of HIGH QUALITY

    I have only had my Yamaha RN803 for a few weeks but have been impressed how easy it is to set up and use. I particularly enjoy th Music cast app, which makes it easy to control volume, music selection and of course turn the unit on or off, all from my recliner by using the app on my iphone.

    Clear sound at high volume makes this a rare component at this price.

    One of the top receivers out there for low distortion and clean processing DAC. Very happy with the performance so far and there's still lots to explore about it... The entire world of music streaming comes through the internet as well... I would recommend this to any audiophile that wants to hear more of the music and not just volume.
