Actual item was as described, but that is the only positive. Seller listed item with free shipping, then shipped it via USPS Ground in a Priority box (which USPS does not allow), and paid for literally 1 ounce of postage. The package was 7 pounds. I had to go to the post office and pay $9.05 to get my order because I wanted my item too much to reject it, and I have messaged seller 3 times over 5 days, and seller has ignored me completely. He is scamming USPS and his buyers are paying the price.

    Replacement for an older Panasonic system

    We had a Panasonic cordless system like this for over 10 years. After that time and several sets of batteries we were having issues with a couple of the handsets. We decided that our past history with Panasonic would be good reason to do it again. The system was set up and operating in just a few minutes with no extra programming except to select ring tones. A call from my cell phone to home confirmed that everything was working. Fairly well a plug and play system.

    GREAT Sound Quality

    My old set worked but the sound quality was really poor. This set is GREAT. Sound is crystal clear. I said it was easy to set up, and the basic features actually are. But, I'll have to get out the book and read it in order to figure out the 50 other functions it has. My favorite is that it announces the caller if you so desire! And there are a million ring tones which you can set individually on each handset. I have a soft, gentle ring tone on my bedroom phone and a loud lively ring for my kitchen. I would definitely buy this set again!
