The equalizer arrived very quickly--faster than I expected. It was extremely clean and in perfect working order, just as described. The packaging was very good, lots of bubble wrap and a box large enough to protect the unit in case of minor intrusions or squishing of the box during transport. Overall a very satisfying purchase!
