Seller stuffed 3 ECMs in a USPS Priority Mail padded envelope (which ripped the envelope - requiring it to be taped up). One of the ECMs was damaged in shipping. I contacted the seller, sent pictures of the damage, and explained the situation. The seller proceeded to BLAME ME for the damage: saying I m the only buyer who has ever received damaged parts from them. After much debate, the seller finally agreed to refund me for the damaged unit but stated they will be cutting business ties with me.

Out of the numerous Buyers we deal with day in and day out. This particular Buyer was very Difficult to deal with. There was always an issue of some sort when the Buyers packaged arrived. With any other Buyer purchasing similar units there weren't any ISSUES!!! So we fixed the ISSUE and decided not to deal with the Buyer anymore. SELLERS BE CAUTIOUS of SUBZERO350!!!     Wrong and damaged part

    This is wrong part and it's damaged and it's been cut open and looks like it was hit with a hammer. It's twice the size of the one in the Hummer h2
