Good communication. Good shipping time, as good as USPS can be these days. Pipes arrived not well packed, just thrown into a bag, all together loosely, bubble wrapped then taped. I'm surprised none of them got broken. I've had pipes arrive broken shipped this way. At the very least would be nice to see each pipe wrapped in bubble wrap, low stick tape used. Royal Demuth all cleaned up, & unplugged. I'm smoking this Wonderful pipe as I write this. Like seller &wouldn't hesitate to buy from again
