Despite USPS doing their best to lose, bend, spindle and otherwise disrupt this shipment, it still arrived undamaged. Attributable to the seller packaging it very well. Seller gets my 5 stars, USPS needs to examine their process and get it right.

Thank you, is exactly what I ordered. When I took big boy out of the box I found a couple of broken like the deck plate witch was broken in 3 places between the locomotives and the tender and the number board had fallen off from the head light but other wise the loco works great and sounds good. The couple of problems are easy fixes and what happened to the loco most likely happened during shipping. Thank you
