Carrier Infinity Wifi Thermostat
I purchased the new infinity control thermostat with some reluctance due to the cost but no other options existed that would provide the full infinity function necessary. Install and setup was easy if you commit to a little reading in preparation up front. After using it last few weeks it has been flawless. The compatibility with my smart home control has worked seamlessly with ease. If you really need WiFi, kinda, for triple the price
I have long toiled over this decision. We have two AC units, one small no frills system where I put a Nest, and one fancy unit with Infinity on the unit. Gosh I regret that. Everything costs more, and for my mild weather, I don’t save any money. Maybe if I lived in Boston or Chicago - I live in boring Albuquerque wheee heat or cool, it’s 100 bucks a month. So why have a $600 thermostat? Because some crazy notion that your technicians convenience during maintenance is worth saving 400 bucks on the thermostat when you wanted to add Alexa to your thermostat. oh and the old school diagnostic methods work, infinity or not. Sadly to command this price point carrier does nothing to make it worth while, the app is horrible, the interaction is barely tolerable and only half the time works. If I ... Great programmable thermostat
I love this Thermostat. It lets me automate the temperature and make ad-hoc changes when necessary. It is all I would ask a thermostat to do. It replaced the old SYSTXCCUID01-V. installation was a breeze.

Awesome product and really works great
I had trouble with my AC/Heater unit that it does not cool/heat upstairs properly. Tried showing it to so many HVAC guys and no one could identify the problem and fix it. I decided to just replace it with wifi thermostat and at least use that to set temperature as my needs but as a miracle this solved my original problem too. Now my upstairs heats/cools properly. I really do not know how thermostat can control it in better way but strongly recommend this thermostat.I had trouble with my AC/Heater unit that it does not cool/heat upstairs properly. Excellenet gadget for your multi-zones furnace
It is very expensive thermostat. And it's hard to buy unless you go through authorized dealer with cost of installation extra. I like the WIFI feature that provides software update, and future forecast. It can also configure the energy cost with fix pricing per kwh and therm.
