It was brand new and still in the shrink wrap. Both disc's worked. However the DVD disc looked as though whoever originally packaged it (not the seller on here) had left finger prints. The fact that Ebay was same price as Amazon from what I believe was same seller, but going thru Ebay had free shipping and there was a charge thru Amazon. Weird. Description said corner of package was bent but I couldn't see that, however the record is severely warped. It's listed as new and it was unopened so seller could have known this.
