This printer arrived as advertised in great condition. I'm able to scan documents to my computer wirelessly as I did before with the same model. For some reason I can't print from my computer but that is likely something on my network. I did find out that Canon no longer offers support for this model and many others in the Canon family when trying to diagnose the problem. This would be something to look into first when looking into a Canon printer. I would buy from this seller again.
