Notes
Sector 3 includes Signals (1982), Grace Under Pressure (1984) and Power Windows (1985) kept Rush in the rock 'n' roll limelight, each one reaching the U.S. Top 10. Hold Your Fire (1987) and the live A Show of Hands (1989) were no slouches, either, hitting #13 and #21, respectively. Synthesizers compete for space with the virtuosic drum, bass and guitar work on these '80s classics; the pop hits New World Man and The Big Money join the rock-radio perennial Subdivisions plus The Analog Kid; Digital Man; Red Sector A; Distant Early Warning; Manhattan Project; Force Ten; Time Stand Still; live renditions of Marathon; Mission; Witch Hunt, and more! Audio DVD selection in this set: Signals.

  • Signals Surround mix is horrible!!!

The concept is a good one but cheaply executed. Standard non surround cd's for all but signals. Signals sounds absolutely horrible in 5.1 surround playing pure direct from my oppo 103. I have a decent collection of surround sound music of which this sounds absolutely the worst! I will be reselling this.
