Accurate description, but very poorly packaged, loosely in an oversized box with very little padding, filler, or protection, which resulted in some damage. Seller gave a partial refund through USPS insurance claim, but insisted I submit the claim. When I spoke to personnel at the post office, they said the shipper had to submit, and upon relaying that the seller then agreed to do so. I would not purchase from again.

Clearly states on USPS website that sender OR receiver can submit claim for damaged contents. Other details missing is the pictures of how poorly USPS handled this package with a giant hole in the side of the box. i will be happy to answer questions about this or any sale.

Silverware arrived missing one piece. Box was poorly packed, very little tape or bubble wrap, arrived with one corner wide open and silverware loose in box. After purchase he wrote he doesn't leave feedback for the buyer until they leave feedback for him, his reason was lack of feedback from buyers. I'm a buyer and seller on Ebay and as a seller I always leave feedback for buyers, letting them know I appreciate their business. I only leave feedback for sellers after they leave it for me.
