The “traction control” button was completely broken off. The description did not say anything was damaged. It was pretty poorly packaged too…just a piece of paper surrounding it…no bubble wrap, not packaged well at all. Thankfully, the seller accepts returns and since it was damaged, I didn’t have to pay for return shipping, otherwise I would’ve left “negative” feedback.

    Absolutely worth every penny.

    I has a faulty infotainment system where display was locked on start up screen. Issue was large chrome controller knob. Dealer wanted $1300 to replace and repair. Bought this panel for $275 with 30 day return guarantee, watched you tube video, and viola after 30 minutes we were fully operational. Now I must admit I did have my wife helping, a true McGiver, but $275 verses $1300. Come on man!

    Extremely disappointed

    The control knob stem shoulders were broken upon arrival. Meaning it spins without actually doing anything. The switch body feels like a soda or some kind of sticky drink has been spilled on it. So it is probably not in good working order. I'm not going to attempt to install it, saving myself a few hours of time. Needless to say, I'm extremely disappointed as none of this was disclosed, otherwise I would not of purchased !!!! *First 2 photos of the control knob & the broken shoulders of the knob still in the spring around the slotted stem. *Third photo showing the sticky substance on the side of the switch

    Great aftermarket rebuild

    Excellent remanufactured product. It looks like a new unit and works perfectly. I was surprised by the shipping. Coming out of Korea and yet I think I had the product in my hand in less than two weeks.
