Even with this small problem, this seller was very responsive and did a great job of working with the customer. Would gladly work with this seller in the future. Item arrived quickly and was very well packaged to prevent damage.

Contact them after the sale if you have specific shipping requests, they are flexible. The (used) part worked and fixed my dryer.
