    sluggish, in one word

    very, very slow to power up, and terrible trouble getting a network signal -- at home where I have NEVER had a problem before. I've had it less than two weeks, so I can't answer the "tell us more". I'd return it if I could.

    Good flip phone

    Just what I was looking for. I tried one in a Verizon store, but when I tried to purchase it they said they were no longer selling this model in the store, and needed to remove it from display. Got a used one on eBay for my mother, and it works fine. Volume is fairly loud, battery life is good, and it function virtually the same as my mom's old LG flip phone.

    It Does Everything I Need It To Do And More

    I love it. I've owned flip phones in the past so I adjusted my expectations accordingly. I still have a tablet and deactivated smart phones lying around, but this little flipper is my daily driver now and it does everything that I need it to do. It makes calls, it sends text messages and the music player is actually really really good. All of the "apps" open with lightening speed and you never get the typical smart phone errors when things aren't working properly. I have to admit - I'm really enjoying being back on a flip phone again.
