Seller packed these items in plastic bag only... when package arrived one container was completely missing & the other was completely destroyed... Contacted seller & initially he said he would refund... then he denied packaging the way it was... then he stated no refund... now I am out $16 with no product... Attempted to get a refund on order and shipping as the listing stated brand new and this item was 100% not brand new. Didn't have the cover over the screen, was DOA out of the box, was supposed to have 21 disposable covers and only had 19. I provided all of the proof on how this was not brand new and they still refused my 100% return. Won't pay for shipping back and I won't give them back something they will just resell as new when it is obviously not.

Item was brand new. Buyer wanted to keep the item and refund. We offered refund for item returned to us. Buyer never returned item.
