    Clan’t be beat

    It works as advertised but the xfinity rep I worked with was not too sharp so it took 1 hour to get everything set up. The battery was missing so I emailed the supplier and I had the battery in about a week. Everything works great.

    Defective unit. Lost a day working with it

    Unit was defective. Had a reboot issue that did not develop until I had spent most of the day on the phone with comcast. Should have bought new. Wasted a lot of time. Cannot recommend a refurb unit.

    Does not work with Mediacom phone
