Shipped fast, was exactly as described... They claim to have tested the item but I'm pretty sure they did not... In the end, it all worked out. Though... I will say it again... if you have a problem, you may be stunned at how they approach problem resolution... All is good that ends good... so we'll leave it alone for now.

I didnt see the item condition was used and went with what the title said new; the battery has 300 cycles on it at 85% life left. Only reason why this isn't negative is because the price was reasonable and I need a battery. To anyone considering an item from this seller, double or triple check the description, title and item details. Otherwise, no issues with seller; shipping was good.
