    Cartridges need patience

    I ordered and received three colors of these cartridges. Price was good, delivery was fast. Upon installing, all of them gave a "missing or damaged" message on my printer. After some tinkering, inserting, wiggling, reinserting, etc. They finally all registered and perform well. It came to mind afterward that perhaps the contacts had some light film or corrosion due to age? In any case, they all work great now.

    damaged box ink

    Even tough the outer box was a bit dented the ink cartridge was in good shape. I order these all the time and have never had a problem

    Worked fine

    Every once in awhile my HP 7500 printer gets real particular and stubborn about the cartridges I feed it. Generally I refill the cartridges many times or use refilled cartridges, but then it gets stubborn - won't recognize the cartridge even exists. No amount of unplugging, coaxing or cussing will make it work, only a OEM HP cartridge. That's where this filled the need. And worked perfectly.
